The problem
Nobody picks a garage the way they pick an online shop. There is a specific fault, often an urgent one, and the search happens on a phone, standing next to the car. Within seconds the visitor needs three things: that this shop fixes their exact problem, that the price will not be a surprise, and that they can call now. A corporate brochure about comprehensive solutions answers none of them, and a family garage running since 2017 cannot outspend the chains on advertising.
What we did
We built a single page that runs from problem to phone call: services grouped by what broke, the process in steps, finished work as photographs, then reviews, frequent questions and the form. An indicator shows whether the shop is open right now, worked out in Chișinău time rather than the visitor's own. On a phone a call bar stays fixed at the bottom, because that is where most visitors come from. A submitted request lands in Telegram, where people actually look, rather than in an inbox opened once a week. For search we marked the page up as AutoRepair structured data with opening hours and coordinates, and the frequent questions separately as FAQ. Three languages with correct hreflang.
The outcome
The site is live. The main screen appears in 1.5 seconds and the page does not shift at all while loading, and search engines get the opening hours and the address as structured data rather than as text they have to infer.
