Who processes the data

What we collect
Only what you send through the contact form: your name, email, phone and chosen messenger if you leave a number, company if you give one, and the message itself. No hidden fields, no profiling.
Why
To answer your enquiry and discuss the project. Nothing else.
On what basis
We process the data to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote, which is to say for the steps taken before a contract and for our legitimate interest in conducting business correspondence. We ask for no advertising consent and send no newsletters.
Who sees it
The message reaches us over Telegram and email. Telegram operates outside the European Economic Area, so the text of your message goes there too; if that does not suit you, call us instead of using the form. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Project correspondence is kept while it is needed for the work and for accounting. Enquiries that did not become projects are deleted within 12 months.
Analytics and cookies
The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, remembers the language you picked for the length of the session and is gone once you close the browser. It is needed for the site to work, it does not follow you across other sites, and so it needs no consent.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, for a correction, or for deletion. Write or call, and we will act within 30 days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.
