Vehicle import: the public storefront and one view of two markets
The business sources cars in the United States and imports them into Romania and Moldova. We built the public site and the layer that merges two markets into one picture.

The problem
The chain spans three countries: sourcing from US dealers and auctions, then customs and delivery in Romania and Moldova. Each market has its own legal entity, currency and paperwork, so the data naturally drifts into two separate systems. The owner still needs one picture, not two exports that somebody reconciles by hand every week.
What we did
Two pieces. A public site for Romania: an import cost calculator, per-order vehicle tracking, an enquiry form. And a second, less obvious piece, a read-only aggregator: a separate service reads both CRM instances and serves a merged view, so a consolidated report needs neither database synchronisation nor manual export. The internal CRM it reads from is a case of its own.
The outcome
The site is live, and both markets are visible in one place without anyone reconciling spreadsheets daily.
